APARNA DEOLEKAR | FOUNDER

After graduating in 1996 from the Sophia Polytechnic Mumbai, Aparna started her career at Rediffusion DY&R as a trainee visualiser. Over next 15 years she worked with Leo-Burnett, Ogilvy, FCB, Classic Partnership Dubai and Ambience Publicis. She also took up freelance projects at FCB New York during her stay there. Besides handling the business, Aparna leads the Design team.

ABHIJEET DEOLEKAR | CO-FOUNDER

A graduate from the New York Film Academy, Abhijeet started as an assistant to Bharatbala in 1995 where he learned the art of film making. He led the post production team on Vande Mataram, Jana Gana Mana, Desh Ka Salaam and various TVCs. Over the next 20 years he worked with various television channels including BBC Worldwide and ZOOM as a Creative Head for On-air Promotions.
He joined Open Mind in 2015 as Creative Director for audio-visuals, corporate films and TVCs.
